Senior Director IT Portfolio Management

Lead Atlantic Packaging’s IT portfolio in Scarborough, Ontario, using governance and resource management expertise within a hybrid work model.

The Senior Director, IT PMO leads an established PMO team overseeing intake, assessment, resourcing, execution, and delivery. This position strengthens portfolio governance, prioritization, investment visibility, and delivery predictability. You will provide executives with insights supporting technology investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT portfolio, program, and project management accountability
• Strengthen governance, prioritization, and investment management practices
• Improve visibility into initiatives, risks, resources, and delivery performance
• Guide intake, assessment, prioritization, and portfolio resourcing
• Provide executive oversight for strategic or at-risk initiatives

Requirements:

• University degree in business, information technology, or related discipline
• Project Management certification, including PMP or Prince2
• 15+ years of project, program, and portfolio management experience
• Senior PMO leadership and team development experience
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery approaches
