Senior Director, Retail & Small Business Credit Policy

Scotiabank is seeking a Director in International Banking to establish and manage the 1B testing framework for Retail and Small Business Credit policy adherence. The role oversees policy review programs, drives improvements, and partners with Risk Management and Product teams across Canada and international markets.

The individual will lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage analytics to identify trends, implement automation, and report findings to executives.
