Senior Director, Solutions Engineering & Proposals

Kindsight is seeking a Senior Director, Solutions Engineering to lead the pre-sales function across solution design, demonstrations, and complex enterprise proposals in nonprofit, education, and healthcare markets.

You will align demos and RFP responses with customer needs, build scalable processes, and develop SE and proposal teams, driving win rates and deployment of repeatable, high-quality engagements. Travel up to 30% is expected.
