You could develop evaluation and safety infrastructure, architect the core agentic runtime, or create enterprise builders and canvas surfaces. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large AI projects
• Balance technical debt, developer velocity, risk, and business goals
• Anticipate customer and architectural risks early
• Run retrospectives and establish engineering testing norms
• Collaborate with managers, designers, and data scientists

Requirements:

• Six-plus years building and maintaining distributed production systems
• Track record leading multi-contributor technical projects
• Practical experience or interest in LLMs and RAG
• Strong technical design documentation and trade-off evaluation skills
