Senior Document AI Engineer (Production ML, Life Sciences)

Katalyze is seeking a seasoned ML engineer to build models and agents that read manufacturing records, turn pages into data, and cite sources. You will build end-to-end systems from prototype to production, partnering with AI, deployment, and domain experts close to scientists and engineers using the outputs.

You will design retrieval and evaluation frameworks for LLM-based products, improve accuracy and latency, and mentor engineers on the AI team. The role is based in our New York City office.
