Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant

Lead Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform consulting across solution discovery, business analysis, functional design, and technical delivery. Work Eastern Time Zone hours while supporting enterprise solutions.

This Senior Techno-Functional Consultant combines Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service expertise with Power Platform capabilities. You will translate stakeholder needs into scalable configurations, customizations, integrations, and documented solution designs. The work spans business analysis, development, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis sessions
• Translate requirements into user stories, specifications, and solution designs
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions
• Develop and review plugins, custom APIs, and client customizations
• Support testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and operational transition

Requirements:

• Minimum five years across all stated skills
• Strong Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service experience
• Advanced Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse experience
• Hands-on C#, JavaScript or TypeScript, Web API, and REST experience
• Eastern Time Zone availability and strong stakeholder communication
