Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expertise meets ERP administration and technical problem-solving in Downtown Toronto, with four office days weekly.

This Senior Systems Analyst supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and integrated finance applications. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and optimize the ERP environment. The position also involves stakeholder engagement, reporting, data management, and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, maintain, and support D365 F&O applications
  • Analyze requirements with business stakeholders and define solutions
  • Configure, customize, and optimize the ERP environment
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Support integrations, upgrades, enhancements, and change requests

Requirements:

  • At least five years of ERP administration experience
  • Focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Strong finance, accounting, and business process understanding
  • Hands-on data management and system configuration experience
  • Strong Microsoft SQL experience, including SSIS and SSRS
