Senior Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

Lead Dynamics 365 and Power Platform delivery onsite five days weekly, combining enterprise architecture with hands-on technical leadership.

This senior solution architect role requires at least seven years of software development experience. You will design Customer Service and Case Management solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure, and Power Platform. The work includes guiding developers, shaping integrations, and translating requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
• Design contextual, conceptual, logical, and physical architectures
• Guide developers through coaching, mentoring, and code reviews
• Define integration patterns, roadmaps, and deployment strategies
• Support releases, troubleshooting, and production operations

Requirements:

• Seven years of software development and enterprise delivery experience
• Three years in technical or solution leadership
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience
• Strong Dataverse modelling, security, and integration expertise
• Experience with Azure, APIs, and complex integrations
