Senior Dynamics 365 Test Analyst

Bring Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing expertise to a provisionally hybrid Senior Systems Analyst assignment supporting CE and Finance & Operations. The schedule is Monday through Friday.

This senior assignment centers on functional quality assurance for ERP and CRM solutions, including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations. Candidates need at least five years of software quality assurance and testing experience in an Agile or SDLC environment. The work combines test planning, use case generation, manual and automated execution, defect lifecycle management, and results analysis. Knowledge of API testing with JSON and REST, Postman, JMeter, BDD tools, version control, and build tools aligns with the stated requirements. Strong communication is needed for technical recommendations, documentation, and discussions with business or senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional testing for Dynamics 365 CE and F&O
• Generate use cases and automated and manual test cases
• Design and execute automation scripts and analyze results
• Manage defects through documentation, tracking, and reporting
• Participate in functional and technical design reviews

Requirements:

• At least five years of Agile or SDLC testing experience
• Solid ERP and CRM testing methodology knowledge
• Experience with JIRA and Azure TFS
• Knowledge of JSON, REST, Postman, and JMeter testing
• Strong technical communication and negotiation skills
