Senior Electrification Systems Design Manager

Lead electrification systems design in Toronto with Accenture Construct, overseeing engineering coordination, project delivery, budgets, and stakeholder interfaces.

As Senior Manager, Delivery Design, you will direct Electrification Infrastructure projects for Accenture Construct. Your work covers design coordination, resource allocation, cost estimates, regulatory compliance, and contractor oversight. You will support Rail Systems Electrification maintenance methodologies and Asset Management System applications while guiding project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Electrification Systems design, coordination, interfaces, and implementation
• Oversee plans, specifications, cost estimates, proposals, and bid documents
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor contractors, service providers, compliance, risks, and resolution actions
• Present team activity reports to Rail Systems leadership

Requirements:

• Experience managing Electrification Infrastructure development projects
• Knowledge of regulatory and legislative compliance requirements
• Ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Experience managing managers, supervisors, staff, and consultants
• Availability for office-based work in Toronto
