Senior Embedded C++ Engineer

Lead safety-critical embedded software design at Aversan Inc. in Brampton, Ontario, using C++ and real-time operating systems in a hybrid arrangement. As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will develop safety-critical, real-time software for aerospace, defence, and space systems. The work combines embedded applications, C++, real-time operating systems, and communications interfaces. You will guide technical decisions while supporting documented, well-communicated designs. Key Responsibilities:

Lead designs for safety-critical, real-time software solutions Implement and test safety-critical, real-time software Review senior and junior teammates' work Mentor junior team members through technical discussions Lead estimation efforts for new tasks Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science Strong knowledge and practical experience with C++ Strong experience developing embedded applications Knowledge of real-time operating systems, including VxWorks Experience with SPI, Ethernet, or CANOpen interfaces Apply embedded C++, real-time systems, and technical leadership to safety-critical software at Aversan Inc. in Brampton.
