Overview

As a Senior Endpoint Engineer, you will advance the digital employee experience across a global design practice. You will act as the SME for Endpoint Engineering, guiding modern device management, automation, and secure access to tools. You will lead cloud-based management adoption (Intune, Autopilot) and translate data-driven insights into proactive improvements. The role offers collaboration with cross-functional technologists in a design-led environment and a chance to shape scalable, secure endpoints that empower colleagues. You will be at the core of transforming how people work across the studio.

Responsibilities
  • Drive evolution of endpoint management, automation, and device technologies to improve reliability and security
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Endpoint Engineering within the team
  • Lead adoption of cloud-based device management solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
  • Translate data-driven insights into proactive solutions to enhance the digital employee experience
  • Develop and implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with technology professionals in a creative, design-led environment
Key requirements
  • Significant experience in endpoint engineering, end-user computing, or related IT infrastructure roles
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, endpoint compliance, and modern device management
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills with scalable, reusable solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile device management, and software lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Proven problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset with ability to identify opportunities for innovation and operational excellence
