Overview

As Endpoint Engineering Specialist, you will build and maintain Windows and Mac device images and standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality end-user experience. You will manage endpoint platforms (Intune, SCCM/MECM) and deploy software across Windows and macOS, while prioritizing vulnerabilities and patches in collaboration with security and compliance teams. You’ll act as a senior escalation point, driving engineering decisions that align with business processes and organizational standards. This role offers impact through improving endpoint reliability, security, and efficiency at a global scale.

Responsibilities
  • Build, configure and maintain Windows 11 and macOS images and standards
  • Manage endpoint platforms using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM, including policy config and lifecycle management
  • Design, package, test and deploy applications across Windows and macOS via Intune and SCCM
  • Scan and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities across Windows and macOS
  • Collaborate with Cyber Security, Compliance and Service Management teams to ensure security and compliance
  • Track and deploy OS and application patches in a timely, controlled manner
  • Act as senior escalation point for global support on complex endpoint issues
  • Develop understanding of business processes to inform engineering decisions
  • Regularly review and improve endpoint engineering processes and standards
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of experience specializing in Microsoft Azure technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, computer science, or equivalent
  • Experience with Windows Server/Client OS and services (MCSA preferred)
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, ADFS, Azure AD, Conditional Access and SSO, DHCP, DNS
  • Microsoft SCCM / MECM, Jamf
  • Patch My PC
  • PowerShell scripting in enterprise environments
  • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management
  • Intune update rings
  • Windows 10 & 11 desktop performance troubleshooting
  • General networking experience
  • Azure Cloud Adoption Framework knowledge (Certified Azure Admin Associate)
  • Microsoft 365 E5 suite knowledge (M365/Identity/Security)
  • Understanding of Azure technologies
  • Effective communication with IT staff and end users
  • Ownership mindset and problem-solving, following issues through to resolution
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration
  • Windows 11 and macOS imaging
  • Intune and SCCM/MECM-based management
  • Application packaging and deployment
