You will drive architecture, scale, and data accessibility to support operations, analytics and AI-driven use cases. - Build scalable, resilient data platform solutions that advance the platform
- Define and drive architecture and strategy to meet future operational and business needs
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, design guidance, and code reviews
- Mentor engineers and improve platform capabilities, practices, and operational effectiveness
- Deep expertise in Scala, Java, or other JVM language with performance tuning
- Experience with databases at scale (Oracle Exadata, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or similar)
- Cloud/DevOps knowledge (Linux/Unix, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Ansible)
- Experience building and supporting reactive, event-sourced systems
- Hands-on with Apache Spark and Apache Flink
- Strong REST API design and familiarity with HTTP, Envoy
- Experience with Protobuf, Avro, Parquet formats
- Knowledge of Iceberg, Databricks, Hadoop ecosystems
- Team player
