Senior Engineer

You will lead electrical engineering across global SIT projects from London, guiding multi-disciplinary teams to deliver sustainable, net-zero aligned electrical and MEP designs. In a collaborative, inclusive culture, you influence project outcomes, mentor engineers and potentially manage projects. You’ll work on high-impact applications across buildings, transport, energy and utilities, shaping innovative solutions. • Produce electrical and MEP designs for projects, accountable to project leaders and the electrical discipline
• Lead design development of electrical systems from concept through construction; prepare drawings, reports, specifications, calculations
• Coordinate with other disciplines; analyze and optimize designs
• Organize and guide technical resources to meet project objectives; support design programme development
• Represent the Electrical discipline in internal/external meetings
• Develop others through mentoring, training and feedback; potential to act as Line Manager
• Opportunity to act as Project Manager for resourcing, commercial delivery and project success

• Chartered / Incorporated Electrical Engineer
• Proven ability to lead electrical discipline at project level
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to delegate and mentor junior engineers; capability to support chartership mentoring
• Experience in multidisciplinary project environments and SIT/leadership roles
