INFORM3 are recruiting for an experienced Senior Engineer on behalf of a leading building contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineering professional to join a growing contractor working on high-profile projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Senior Engineer or Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of engineering projects from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements.
• Oversee engineering activities, technical compliance, and quality assurance.
• Manage project resources, procurement, and programme updates.
• Monitor project costs and support commercial reporting and valuations.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, design teams, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and site management teams.

Senior Engineer Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience with main contractor
• Previous experience as a Senior Engineer or Project Manager.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and programme management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects to demanding programmes.
