Senior Engineer

In this role you will advance Experian’s cloud modernization efforts within Credit & Verification Services. You’ll help deliver cloud-native, scalable microservices and web apps using .NET technologies, working on the Ascend Cloud Foundation Platform. You will collaborate with a high-performance team to maintain and build systems that support significant UK business growth. This is a hybrid role with influence across regions, offering the chance to shape our technology transformation and overall product delivery.

• Develop and maintain cloud-native microservices and web applications using .NET technologies
• Contribute to the Ascend Cloud Foundation Platform backlog and delivery
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to evolve existing systems and implement scalable APIs
• Apply modern architectural patterns (microservices/SOA) and best practices for reliability and performance
• Engage in cross-functional delivery with teams across UK and Hyderabad regions
• Participate in cloud infrastructure work using Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS services

• Hands-on experience with .NET 6+ or .NET Core or .NET Framework
• Proficiency in C# and building scalable REST/SOAP/RPC APIs
• Experience with microservice or SOA architectures and ASP.NET
• Cloud-native technology experience; familiarity with Kubernetes and AWS services
