Overview

In this role you will drive delivery of clean-water civils works across a programme of smaller Scottish schemes. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and multiple sites, ensuring safe, compliant execution. You’ll plan sequencing, manage QA/ITPs/RAMS and maintain site documentation while liaising with clients and the project team. This is a multi-site, hands-on position that shapes on-site delivery and progress. A strong background in clean-water projects will help you lead with confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day delivery of clean-water civils works
  • Coordinate site teams and subcontractors
  • Plan and sequence works
  • QA, ITPs, RAMS and site documentation
  • Client and project-team liaison
  • Monitor progress, programme and materials
  • Support delivery across multiple sites
Key requirements
  • Previous clean-water / water mains / pipework experience
  • Strong civil engineering background
  • Experience at Sub Agent, Site Agent, Senior Engineer or Section Engineer level
  • Comfortable working across multiple smaller projects
  • Able to manage subcontractors and communicate confidently with clients/site teams
