Senior Engineer, Arm On Arm

In this role you drive the adoption of Arm-based compute across Arm’s engineering, IT, and partner ecosystems. You will build and run real-workload benchmarks, diagnose performance and compatibility issues, and support on-premises and cloud deployments. You collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to optimize code, validate new microarchitectures, and promote AArch64 adoption. This is a hands-on role across the stack with a strong impact on Arm’s compute strategy and ecosystem leadership.

• Develop and execute rigorous benchmarks across tools and compute platforms based on real workloads
• Support partners (especially EDA vendors) with porting questions and issue resolution
• Diagnose compatibility or performance issues and coordinate cross-team remediation
• Collaborate with partners to address problems across Arm's Engineering and IT groups
• Assist in deploying Arm-based compute on-premises and in the cloud
