Overview

As Salesforce-focused Senior Engineer, you will own and evolve the Salesforce ecosystem within a cross-functional Enterprise Engineering team. You’ll architect and deliver high-performance solutions across Apex, LWC, and declarative features for Sales and Service Clouds, while integrating external systems and orchestrating event-driven flows. You’ll champion AI-assisted coding, secure integrations, and CI/CD for smooth, reliable releases. This role combines deep Salesforce expertise with broader engineering impact across data, APIs, and tooling to scale the platform.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build and maintain Apex, LWC and declarative features for Sales and Service Clouds
  • Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and core services (REST APIs, platform events)
  • Develop and maintain deployment pipelines spanning Salesforce and other services (CI/CD, automation)
  • Collaborate with distributed engineering and data teams to ensure cohesive architecture and clean data flows
  • Promote code quality through tests, reviews, and mentoring on AI-assisted development
  • Own and improve the deployment and release processes to production
Key requirements
  • Hands-on Salesforce development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce DevOps
  • Proven ability to write asynchronous Apex (triggers, batch, queueable), responsive LWC, and complex Flows
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (large data volumes, platform events, API error handling)
  • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, change management and environment refreshes
  • Comfort with AI-driven coding methods and providing architectural context for AI tools
  • Curiosity and proactive problem-solving
