Senior Engineering Manager AI Endpoint

Lead AI endpoint engineering for CrowdStrike Falcon Host, combining machine learning and cross-platform systems across Windows, macOS, and Linux.

As a Senior Engineering Manager in the CTIO team, you will build and lead a team developing integrated AI capabilities for the next-generation sensor platform. You will own AI roadmap execution, operationalize machine learning models, and partner with data science, cloud, and sensor platform teams. The work spans data pipelines, on-device inference, and core operating system subsystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams developing AI capabilities for the sensor platform
• Own the AI on-endpoint roadmap from design through delivery
• Guide cross-platform software development across Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Collaborate on sensor architecture and strategic initiatives
• Hire, train, and grow engineering team members

Requirements:

• Experience operationalizing machine learning models on endpoints
• Experience building telemetry pipelines for training and inference
• Knowledge of C++ and operating system internals
• Engineering Manager or Senior Manager experience with direct reports
• Ability to lead distributed teams and ship major features
