Senior Engineering Manager: DevOps & Cloud Transformation

Vocative Consulting seeks a Senior Engineering Manager, Platform and Applications to lead both the Ops and Engineering teams, forging a new DevOps function during a legacy-to-cloud transition. You will oversee ongoing development and support of the core product, owning incident management, deployment practices, and cross-team collaboration with the CTO.

The role is hybrid in Surrey with one office day per week, offering a base salary around £90k–£95k as part of a major transformation initiative.
