Senior Enterprise Architecture Manager

Lead Enterprise Architecture governance and scalable solutions at RBC in Toronto, applying architectural leadership and cross functional collaboration.

As Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture, you will lead complex application architecture projects and deliver governance services aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with chief and solution architects while supporting capability mapping, application portfolio rationalization, technology standards, and roadmaps. The position requires business analysis in a technical environment, strong communication, and influence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Enterprise Architecture Board meetings, decisions, minutes, and action tracking
• Gather requirements and convert technical discussions into stakeholder-ready artifacts
• Support capability mapping, portfolio rationalization, standards, and roadmaps
• Govern APM and architecture solution governance platforms end to end
• Build dashboards, automation, integrations, scripts, and data pipelines

Requirements:

• Five to seven years of IT Risk or governance experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Business analysis experience in a technical environment
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to influence; TOGAF, COBIT, CRISC, or CISA welcomed
