- Lead enterprise AI transformation and prioritise high-value opportunities
- Advise senior stakeholders and translate AI opportunities into business outcomes
- Design AI-enabled products, agentic workflows and intelligent services
- Shape AI and data foundations including data platforms, semantic layers and data products
- Establish governance, security, and responsible AI practices at scale
- Drive business growth through proposals, bids, thought leadership and capability building
- Lead and develop high-performing teams and new AI capabilities
- Senior-level experience in Data, Analytics or AI transformation
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and AI-enabled automation
- Experience shaping AI architectures, data foundations, cloud platforms and governance
- Consulting or senior client-facing background; ability to engage executive stakeholders
- Strategic, commercial acumen with proposition development and bid leadership
