Senior Enterprise Network Analyst

As an IT Analyst II with Health Shared Services, you will maintain information systems and resolve complex escalated technical problems. The work includes TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and network monitoring. You will translate business requirements into technical requirements, assess vendor solutions, and support initiatives across Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and troubleshoot enterprise routers, switches, wireless networks, and VPNs
• Resolve complex connectivity, routing, performance, and security issues
• Manage device configurations, alerts, patching, and firmware updates
• Support vulnerability assessments, security audits, and remediation
• Maintain diagrams, procedures, documentation, and incident records

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• At least five years relevant experience within the past seven years
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, SD-WAN, and firewalls
• Experience with Cisco NX-OS, Catalyst 9K, Nexus 9K, and ASR
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills
