Senior Enterprise Network Security Engineer

Design secure enterprise networks across Toronto, London, or Winnipeg in a hybrid role emphasizing cloud networking and security engineering.

This Senior Network Engineering Specialist position supports modernization across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will design scalable solutions, evaluate technologies, and strengthen enterprise security. The work includes automation, technical assessments, and collaboration with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize enterprise network security solutions
• Evaluate technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives
• Strengthen firewalls, IPS, DDoS, and secure connectivity
• Develop automation and integrate third-party technologies
• Lead assessments, capacity planning, and disaster recovery

Requirements:

• 10+ years designing enterprise infrastructure and security solutions
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, DNS, and VPN
• Cloud-native networking and hybrid multi-cloud integration experience
• Proficiency in scripting, IaC, testing, and troubleshooting
• Strong English communication, leadership, and analytical skills
