Senior Enterprise Networking & AV Support Engineer (Remote)

NETGEAR, Inc. is seeking an experienced L3 Technical Support Engineer for Enterprise Networking and AV Solutions.

This remote Canada-based role prefers candidates in British Columbia and aligns hours with Pacific Time to support North American customers. You will escalate L1/L2 issues, resolve complex networking and AV-over-IP problems, and support NETGEAR switches, WiFi APs, security gateways, and management platforms.
