Senior Enterprise Software Business Analyst

Analyze complex enterprise software requirements remotely across the Greater Toronto Area, using workflow analysis and clear functional documentation. Occasional meetings occur in Thornhill.

The Siroky Group Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analyst for its product development team. You will support a multi-year modernization initiative spanning campaign planning, inventory, pricing, mapping, contracts, workflow, integrations, and financial processes. This hands-on position translates business knowledge into requirements for UX, development, and QA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions with business users and subject-matter experts
• Analyze current workflows and define improved future-state processes
• Document functional requirements, business rules, and dependencies
• Write user stories and meaningful acceptance criteria
• Maintain traceability between scope, requirements, and delivered functionality

Requirements:

• Five-plus years of Business Analysis or software product experience
• Complex enterprise, B2B, or SaaS application experience
• Strong functional requirements and business rules documentation experience
• Experience collaborating with UX, developers, technical leads, and QA
• Agile experience and Jira or comparable tool familiarity
