Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect

Lead enterprise integration architecture at Staffbase, using security expertise and Spanish-English fluency to guide complex customer implementations from discovery through launch.

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will lead technical rollouts for enterprise-scale SaaS deployments. You will design scalable Staffbase architectures, oversee integrations, and communicate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and executives. Your work will help customers integrate Staffbase securely into their technology landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical designs and rollout plans for enterprise implementations
• Run discovery workshops with IT, security, and business stakeholders
• Oversee Microsoft, SAP, Workday, Okta, and ADP integrations
• Guide customers using Staffbase APIs and SDKs
• Manage technical plans, dependencies, risks, and customer communications

Requirements:

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish
• Five or more years in development, consulting, or sales engineering
• Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS deployments
• Strong grounding in integration, solution architecture, and security
• Experience leading technical projects with fixed deadlines
