Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Pendo is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer in London to own strategic Enterprise accounts, lead complex deployments, and drive customer value across acquisition, adoption, and expansion. The role blends pre- and post-sales technical ownership with coaching and playbook development.

You’ll partner with account teams to elevate outcomes and retention. You will work in a hybrid London office, shaping technical strategy, guiding executive stakeholders, and coaching colleagues to raise the overall
