Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Design enterprise SaaS solutions in Canada using JavaScript, technical consulting, and AI tools to address complex customer and partner challenges.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will guide solution development for organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation. You will gather requirements, design capabilities, and support implementation, deployment, and early adoption. The work combines solution design, stakeholder collaboration, and platform innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex platform challenges as a senior technical subject matter expert
• Gather requirements and design tailored partner and customer solutions
• Lead custom solution development through deployment and early adoption
• Translate market needs into scalable solution concepts and capabilities
• Create documentation, configuration guidance, and reusable solution assets

Requirements:

• Experience with enterprise SaaS or comparable enterprise software solutions
• Background in solution design, consulting, and complex implementations
• Strong JavaScript programming skills; Python is advantageous
• Practical experience using and evaluating LLM tools
• Understanding of data structures, management, analytics, and modeling
