Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst

OpenText seeks a Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst skilled in requirements analysis, solution design, and enterprise application support. Help deliver reliable IT solutions across global operations.

This senior role aligns business applications with complex process requirements and evaluates upstream and downstream impacts. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, lead solution delivery, and resolve complex issues. OpenText Content Server and related technologies are among the supported enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into scalable enterprise application solutions
• Analyze integrations, dependencies, and upstream and downstream impacts
• Support requirements, design, testing, deployment, and documentation
• Administer, configure, monitor, patch, and upgrade applications
• Lead technical investigations, incidents, and root-cause analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Minimum 5+ years in systems or enterprise technology functions
• Experience gathering requirements and designing technical solutions
• Understanding of infrastructure, performance, and cloud environments
• ITIL experience in incident, problem, change, and service management
