Flow Traders is seeking an experienced Staff Enterprise Engineer to define the long-term technical architecture for Enterprise Systems. You will mentor engineers, drive standardization, and push modernization of identity, endpoints, compute, and storage while balancing on-premise and cloud decisions.

You will lead automation initiatives, retire legacy platforms, and own SSO, provisioning, and data flows. This is a senior IC role based in London with frequent travel to Amsterdam.
