Senior ER Advisor – Remote Multi-Site Support

Sodexo is seeking a Senior ER Advisor to join our ER Services team in Salford. You’ll provide remote, compliant employee relations guidance to managers across multiple sites, handling investigations, grievances, absence, TUPE, and casework with pace and accuracy.

In this role you’ll log cases in our CRM, prepare meetings and letters, support TUPE transfers, and stay current with employment law. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential in a busy, service-driven environment.
