Senior Ericsson RAN Deployment & 5G Integration Engineer

Matthew James Group Ltd in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced RAN Deployment & Integration Engineer with a strong Ericsson background to support a private 5G deployment.

You will lead Day-0/Day-1 commissioning, install and verify Ericsson BBUs/IRUs, validate grounding and GNSS, run throughput and latency tests, and troubleshoot BBU/IRU and Radio Dot integration issues across the network. The role offers an initial 4-6 month contract with potential extension.
