Senior ERP Systems Analyst Developer

Advance ERP systems through programming, analysis, and troubleshooting at Ben-Mor, serving North American customers with a full-time permanent hybrid schedule. SQL Server expertise matters.

This senior role reports to the IT Director and supports the design, execution, maintenance, and evolution of business systems. You will analyze system issues, create effective solutions, and design or modify program code. The position also contributes to testing, implementation planning, user support, training, and integrated tools that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze system issues and design effective technical solutions
• Design or modify program code using development best practices
• Perform testing and contribute to implementation planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated tools
• Provide support and training to end users

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of programming and systems analysis experience
• Essential experience with ERP systems
• Strong SQL, T-SQL, and SQL Server knowledge
• Knowledge of C# Java Python or related languages
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written French and English
