Position Overview

CAMACO is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Systems Analyst (Plex) to join our Corporate IT team.

This position will be based at our Lorain, Ohio facility, reporting directly to Corporate IT , and will support Plex ERP operations, system improvements, and technology initiatives across our manufacturing locations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Plex ERP experience, strong technical expertise, and a proven ability to drive system optimization and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise subject matter expert (SME) for Plex ERP.
• Manage, support, and optimize Plex ERP modules across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Lead Plex Classic support and Plex UX migration initiatives.
• Support Plex MES Automation & Orchestration (Mach2) deployments and integrations.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Materials, Shipping & Receiving, and other departments.
• Manage ERP workflows, EDI, reporting, integrations, and security.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Develop training materials and support end-user training.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase system efficiency.
• Partner with corporate and plant leadership to align ERP solutions with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Plex ERP experience.
• At least one full-cycle Plex ERP implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Mach2 (Plex MES Automation & Orchestration).
• Strong knowledge of ERP administration, system integrations, EDI, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with corporate and plant-level teams.
