Senior ETL Data Migration Developer

Senior ETL Developer work awaits in Toronto, combining complex SQL and data migration across a hybrid schedule with three onsite days weekly.

Procom seeks a Senior Software Developer for an 11 month Government Services contract. You will support legacy-to-modern solution migration using ETL development, relational databases, Azure Data Factory, and Informatica. The assignment centers on planning, testing, reconciliation, and migration support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and document ETL for data conversion and migration
• Profile legacy data and recommend pre-migration cleansing
• Create migration strategies, mappings, interfaces, and conversions
• Coordinate heterogeneous data file migration activities
• Audit migrations and reconcile converted data

Requirements:

• Seven or more years developing and documenting ETL
• Extensive data migration and digital transformation planning experience
• Strong complex SQL, data analysis, and problem resolution skills
• Experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Azure SQL Database
• Experience using Azure Data Factory and Informatica
