About the Role

Seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee accounting, controllership, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and day-to-day finance operations for a growing IT services and technology organization. This individual will manage month-end close, general ledger activities, AP/AR, billing, collections, reconciliations, audit and tax support, and banking relationships while partnering with leadership to deliver financial insights, improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and controllership.
• Manage financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee cash flow management.
• Manage day-to-day finance operations.
• Manage month-end close.
• Oversee general ledger activities.
• Manage AP/AR, billing, and collections.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Provide audit and tax support.
• Manage banking relationships.
• Partner with leadership to deliver financial insights.
• Improve processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Support business growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.

Required Skills

• Strong US operational finance expertise.
• Proven background in financial reporting.
• Experience with compliance and performance analysis.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience within a technology, software, SaaS, MSP, or IT services environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience specifically in technology, software, SaaS, MSP, or IT services environments (if not already required).
