Senior Finance Manager IFRS SOX

Lead IFRS reporting and SOX readiness as a Senior Finance Manager with a growing global technology company. This role is based in the Greater Toronto Area.

The Senior Manager, Finance leads accounting across international operations and supports financial accountability. You will oversee reporting, controls, treasury, tax, and accounting partners. The position requires technical accounting expertise, leadership experience, and strong stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the accounting team
• Consolidate global financial statements under IFRS
• Drive SOX compliance, governance, and control improvements
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities
• Oversee global tax compliance and annual audits

Requirements:

• Five or more years of progressive leadership experience
• Strong technical accounting and IFRS reporting knowledge
• Experience with international operations and financial reporting
• Knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
