Senior Finance Manager Manufacturing

Lead financial reporting and cost accounting for Umicore’s automotive catalysts business in a senior manufacturing finance management role. Guide teams, planning, controls, and business decisions.

This Senior Finance Manager oversees financial management, budgeting, forecasting, costing, credit, cash, and inventory controls. The role supports a fast-paced manufacturing environment through accurate reporting and meaningful analysis. It also provides financial insight for business growth, sales activities, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead finance teams and deliver timely GAAP-compliant financial reporting
• Prepare internal reports and recommend business decision improvements
• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, and reconciliations
• Manage cash resources, credit policies, and hedging compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
• Professional accounting designation such as CPA, CA, CGA, or CMA
• Minimum five years’ progressive financial management and supervisory experience
• Manufacturing experience and knowledge of cost accounting and inventory controls
• ERP experience, preferably SAP, with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
