Senior Finance Operations Analyst

Lead finance operations, reporting, and internal controls as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting strategic decisions through clear financial insight.

This leadership role oversees finance operations within a collaborative, mission-driven organization. You will manage a Finance team of two while partnering with business leaders and budget owners. Core work includes reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and process documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor two Finance team members
• Oversee month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare statements, variance analysis, forecasts, and management reporting
• Maintain internal controls, policies, and approval processes
• Provide financial recommendations to leadership and budget owners

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Eight to ten years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Experience leading or mentoring finance professionals
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls knowledge
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
