Senior Finance & Treasury Lead - Budget, Taxes & Systems

Westmount is seeking an Assistant Director and Assistant Treasurer reporting to the Finance Director and Treasurer to lead the city’s accounting, financial and budgetary activities, ensuring compliance with legislation and proper department functioning.

This senior role oversees tax administration, prepares operating budgets and capital plans, coordinates financial statements, and guides system implementations while managing staff and resources with rigour and innovation.
