About the Role

We're placing a Senior Financial Advisor with an established, fast-growing retirement-focused wealth management firm in Ellicott City, MD - and this one is different. If you're a proven closer who wants to focus on serving clients and building wealth - not hunting for prospects - this is the role.

Responsibilities

• Close retirement income planning appointments with pre-qualified prospects
• Present AUM strategies, fixed index annuities, MYGAs, life insurance, and long-term care solutions
• Participate in seminars and educational workshops
• Follow a proven, standardized advisory process that drives consistent results
• Work alongside a collaborative team of junior advisors, paraplanners, and support staff

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of financial advisory experience focused on retirement income
• Active Series 65 and life and health licenses
• A track record of closing and a history of stable, long-term employment
• Willingness to work fully on-site in Ellicott City, MD
• A team-first mindset and commitment to following a proven process

Required Skills

• Retirement income specialist experience
• Ability to close retirement income planning appointments with pre-qualified prospects
• Ability to present AUM strategies, fixed index annuities, MYGAs, life insurance, and long-term care solutions
• Ability to participate in seminars and educational workshops
• Ability to follow a proven, standardized advisory process that drives consistent results
• Ability to work alongside a collaborative team of junior advisors, paraplanners, and support staff

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a structured diamond team model
• Experience working with a multi-channel lead engine: TV, radio, seminars, webinars

Pay range and compensation package

• $90,000 - $150,000 base + production bonus
• Exptected earnings $300,000+ by year two
• W2 employment, generous base, and uncapped production compensation
• Relocation assistance available
