Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team.

About the Opportunity

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial results, including P&L and balance sheet reporting.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Develop management reporting and analytical tools.
• Support process improvements, special projects, and ad hoc analysis.

About You

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA designation in progress is preferred.
• 2–5 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
• Experience within a financial institution or financial services environment is a strong asset.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• ERP/financial systems experience is an asset.
