Senior Financial Analyst – Manufacturing Environment (Aerospace)

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst ready to play a key role at the heart of operations and to evolve into a controller role.
Your Impact
You will be a true business partner to operations, with strong exposure to management and strategic decisions.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive the analysis of financial and operational performance
- Participate in monthly closings and financial reporting
- Implement and optimize cost tracking tools
- Manage expense analyses (OPEX / CAPEX)
- Support internal audits and compliance (SOX)
- Develop financial models (Excel / Power BI)
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve profitability
- Produce analytical reports and strategic recommendations
Desired Profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel (modeling required)
- Experience in costing
- Functional English (corporate environment)
- Analytical mindset + ability to challenge the status quo
- Excellent interpersonal skills and influential leadership
