Senior Financial Analyst FP&A

Turn financial data into business insight as a Senior Financial Analyst at Ice River Sustainable Solutions, using advanced Excel and financial modelling.

Based in Shelburne, Ontario, this hybrid position supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. You will work with operational and business leaders across the organization. Your analysis will inform strategic and operational decisions through clear financial performance explanations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages
• Analyze results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods
• Investigate variances and identify key business drivers
• Develop financial models, reports, and dashboards

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, business, or economics
• Minimum five years of progressive financial analysis experience
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling abilities
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools
