CarePartners is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting and forecasting, analyze trends, and support audits. You will drive financial models, implement ERP configurations, and partner with Operations to improve efficiency. The role requires in-office presence a couple of days weekly at the Waterloo, ON location.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in FP&A, a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, and strong communication skills. CPA preferred.
