Senior Financial Analyst IFRS

Advance financial analysis at FinDev Canada in Montreal, Ottawa, or Toronto through IFRS expertise, forecasting, and a hybrid work model.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the Finance team through accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will analyze business results, work with complex data, and communicate insights to financial and non-financial stakeholders. Your work supports FinDev Canada's strategic objectives and operations in developing economies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting activities compliant with IFRS and company policies
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and budget variation analyses
• Model complex data for business and corporate planning
• Present variance, trend, scenario, and driver-based analyses
• Partner on consolidation and cost-sharing activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, commerce, or related field
• CPA designation or equivalent professional accounting credential
• Minimum seven years' business, accounting, or financial analysis experience
• Advanced IFRS and financial analysis knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and complex database proficiency
