Senior Financial Analyst IFRS Reporting

The Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Manager of Corporate Accounting, Consolidation & Reporting. You will provide technical accounting guidance, prepare position papers, support close activities, and explain financial statement variances. The work also covers internal controls, consolidation, and reporting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and quarter-end financial statement variance analysis
• Draft technical accounting position papers under IFRS
• Support period-end close, accrual reviews, and consolidations
• Maintain Financial Data Model and general ledger structures
• Support Workday enhancements and accounting workflow automation

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline
• Four or more years of progressive corporate accounting experience
• Working knowledge and application of IFRS accounting standards
• CPA designation and advanced Excel proficiency
• Ability to manage close timelines and reporting discrepancies
